NATIONAL SECURITY


Establishment of a clear, comprehensive and integrated defence policy on a viable security doctrine.

Revamping the National Security Council with a full-time National Security Advisor to assess intelligence, formulate policy and give direction to management of national security issues.

Enhancement of defence and combat readiness of the Services.

Establishment of a vibrant and responsive Defence Information System.

An exclusive permanent Pay Commission for Defence Service personnel.



FOREIGN POLICY
